About
Hi, I’m Paige Malone…
I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California (LCSW #122531) and the founder of All Grace Family and Community Resources.
I created this practice because I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, especially during seasons when life feels heavy, complicated, or out of control. My work is rooted in faith, compassion, and evidence-based care. I believe that accountability and grace can exist together, and that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles.

My clinical approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in respect, cultural responsiveness, and sustainable growth. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with emotional regulation strategies and strengths-based interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Much of what I do centers on helping people slow down and look beneath surface behaviors to understand what is really driving their reactions. Anger, control, and emotional distress are often signals of deeper experiences such as fear, trauma, loss, or learned survival patterns. My role is not to punish or label, but to help clients build awareness, take responsibility, and learn how to respond differently in ways that protect their relationships and their future.
My Approach
Faith Based Therapy
My faith shapes how I show up for every client. I believe in grace not as an excuse to avoid responsibility, but as the foundation for growth and transformation. I have seen how shame can close people off from change, while compassion opens the door to reflection and new possibilities.
At All Grace Family and Community Resources, you will find a space that values honesty, accountability, cultural understanding, and hope.
Have grace for yourself.
Growth begins here.
If you are here, it means something in your life is asking for attention.
Maybe it is anger, fear, confusion, or concern for someone you love.
You do not need to have everything figured out to take the next step.
My role is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with care, structure, and respect.
